Life Skills – Putting On Shoes

This product is under the category of life skills education toys. It features rich three-dimensional elements and is suitable for children aged 2-6. For children in daycare programs, they need guidance from teachers or parents to learn how to follow visual instructions and imitate different methods of tying shoes. Older preschool-aged children can independently observe step-by-step visual instructions and learn to tie shoelaces based on the guidance provided. Through structured training activities like threading, buttoning, and using Velcro, children of different age groups can proficiently master tying shoes.

During this process, children’s hand-eye coordination, finger dexterity, concentration, and comparative observation abilities are developed. Additionally, by learning to tie shoelaces, children carefully recognize the differences between the two shoes, forming a preliminary understanding of “left” and “right,” reinforcing the concept that shoes should not be worn incorrectly, and expanding their ability to dress themselves, such as putting on pants and buttoning. This product can also be used as a teaching aid for life skills education in kindergarten. It can be placed in areas like dollhouses or used in group teaching activities.
